How much is shipping?
Shipping is free anywhere in the world!
When will my order be sent out? How long will it take to arrive?
Once you place your order, we’ll send it out within 2 business days. If you live in the UK then your product should take about 2 days to get to you. If you live outside the UK it should take 5-7 days.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes we offer a 30 day money back guarantee, as long as the product is not tampered with. Please read our refund terms here.
What kind of make-up can be applied with this brush?
The brush is ideal for powder-based, cream and liquid products.
How can I clean my brushes?
- Wet the bristles with lukewarm water.
- Place a drop of your cleanser of choice into the palm of your clean hand.
- Gently massage the tips of the bristles in your palm.
- Rinse the bristles thoroughly.
- Squeeze out the excess moisture with a clean towel.
Is the sponge replaceable?

I don't have a PayPal account, can I still pay for my items?
You can pay by debit / credit card through PayPal’s secure checkout form – just look for an option called ‘Pay by Debit or Credit Card‘ or ‘Create an account‘.
Please note that you are not actually “creating an account” through PayPal when you choose this option. You are simply giving them an email address to tie the purchase to.
PayPal is still the best option because they provide an extra layer of protection on your purchase.
